HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Guidance on how to use the tracking tool. To track your order, you will need either your order number and email / phone number or a tracking number. Here’s how you can use this tool on our website:

  1. Order Number and Email / Phone Number:
    1. Enter your Order Number in the “Order Number” field.
    2. Enter your associated Email or Phone Number in the “Email or Phone Number” field.
    3. Click the “TRACK” button.
  2. Tracking Number:
    1. Enter your Tracking Number in the “Tracking Number” field.
    2. Click the ‘TRACK” button.

After following these steps, the tracking tool should provide you with information about the status and location of your order. If you have the required information, input it into the respective fields and click “TRACK” to get real-time updates on your package.


You should receive your order through standard shipping within 3 - 8 business days.


SHIPPING PROTECTION:

We provide the option to purchase Strikeman Shipping Protection when you checkout. 

If you decide to purchase, 

Strikeman Shipping Protection will cover:
-if a package has shipped, but is missing for more than 7 business days with no tracking updates
-if a package is stolen after delivery
-if a package is damaged in transit

Strikeman Shipping Protection will NOT cover:
-if you entered the wrong shipping address and it shipped there
-orders that haven't shipped
-orders that do have tracking updates, just taking longer than usual

https://www.strikeman.io/pages/file-a-claim to file a claim and either get your order reshipped, or get a refund.


Note: If your order has not shipped yet, please email [email protected] for help instead of filing a claim. Strikeman Shipping Protection will deny any claims that have not yet shipped since it is specifically shipping coverage.

If your order arrives with an incorrect or missing item, please contact Strikeman Support immediately. We are only able to process missing item, wrong item, or shipping protection claims within 45 days of the warehouse shipment date. Please include a picture of the items that did arrive and the packaging slip when contacting support. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to reach out!
