REFUND, EXCHANGE, AND WARRANTY POLICIESUpdated a day ago

REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. 45-Day Guarantee / Return Policy: You have a 45-day risk-free trial period for Strikeman products. If your shooting skills don’t improve or you’re not fully satisfied, you can return any part of your order for a refund (minus return shipping).
  2. Return Period: The 45-day trial period begins from the day your order ships from our warehouse.
  3. Return Requests: You can submit requests through our return portal: https://strikeman.returnlogic.com/. We cannot process refunds for any order shipped without first going through our Return Portal. 
  4. Extended Return Period: For orders placed between November 15 and December 20, returns will be accepted until January 31 of the following year.
  5. Exchanges: Product exchanges can be made for another item or variant of the same item within 45 days from the date of shipping. For orders placed between November 15 and December 20, exchanges will be accepted until January 31. The cost of shipping the replacement item(s) depends on which item(s) will need to be shipped and ranges between $9.99 for Standard system and cartridges and $19.99 for the Pro system. An invoice for the return label will be issued, which must be paid before the replacement order is shipped out.
  6. Return Requirements: Orders must be returned with all components included and intact. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a USD $25 fee for the Pro system and a USD $15 fee for all other products. Products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
  7. Purchases from Other Platforms: Purchases made from platforms other than Strikeman.io (e.g., Amazon, eBay, BassPro, gun shows) should follow the policies and procedures of those specific resellers for refunds and returns.


IMPORTANT NOTE: 

If your order arrives incorrectly (missing an item or received a wrong item) please email support and they will make sure you receive everything you ordered. Do not submit a request through the portal. 

If your order is marked "label created" or "USPS Awaiting Item" for more than 7 business days, please contact support; they will help get more information. 


WARRANTY POLICY:

One-Year Warranty: Strikeman offers a one-year warranty from the shipping date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not protect against everyday wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or modification.

Submitting a Warranty Claim: To submit a warranty claim, follow the steps outlined on our portal, explain the issue, and include an image for verification. Once a representative approves, you will receive a return label for your claim or a replacement product.

It’s essential to review and follow these policies if you have purchased or plan to purchase Strikeman Training Systems to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, depending on your specific situation.

Our 45-day guarantee is a promise we make to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with the improvement in your shot accuracy after using the product, you can receive a refund for the items purchased. This guarantee is designed to provide peace of mind to potential buyers, allowing them to try the product risk-free.


Please Note: If your order arrives with an incorrect or missing item, please contact Strikeman Support immediately. We are only able to process missing item, wrong item, or shipping protection claims within 45 days of the warehouse shipment date. Please include a picture of the items that did arrive and the packaging slip when contacting support. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to reach out!

On our dedicated returns portal at https://strikeman.returnlogic.com/, you'll begin by providing your email address and order number. 

Please use the email address you used when purchasing. 

When you enter your order number,
include the # sign and ensure it matches the format exactly, including any special characters. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. It may be listed as the "customer reference number" on your packing slip. (example: #22222222)

Please note:  The most common reason the portal will not accept the order if the # sign is not included. Please look at the example below to ensure the details are filled out correctly.


Once you've selected your product, you'll be prompted to choose your preferred method - an exchange, store credit, warranty claim, or refund. If your product is damaged or not functioning as expected, you can choose the warranty option for assistance.
