Do I have to Pay for the Strikeman App (no!):
Our app is free to use for all Standard Kits, Expansion Packs, Kit and Cartridges. The only product that requires a subscription is the Strikeman PRO

Do I have to Allow Access to my Contacts:
No worries, you don't have to share your contacts with us!
When you first use the Strikeman app, you will notice that it asks for access to your contacts.
Denying access will not affect your ability to use the app with the training feature.
Allowing it access enables you to share your session results with friends who are also on the Strikeman app.
If you want to change the status of allowing/removing access to your contacts, you can go into your phone's settings and then to the app. There, you can find the permissions for your contacts to toggle on or off.

Do I need a Smart Phone:
Our system uses the free Strikeman app, which can be downloaded on iOS or Android devices. The included phone mount fits most smartphones. You can use a tablet if you prefer, however, it may not fit in the phone mount.
How to get the Mobile App:
The Strikeman App is available for iPhones on the App Store and Android phones on Google Play. You can download the app from www.strikeman.io. When you use the app, please carefully read the safety precautions before beginning a training session.
To calibrate the target on the Strikeman App correctly, please follow the following guidelines:
- Make sure all four corners of the gray target sheet are visible when viewing the target through the app. All four Aruco squares (black and white squares) must be visible for the calibration to be successful. The camera is able to read those squares and understand the outline of the target. Ideally, the phone setup should be 1.5ft to 3ft away from the target.
- With our new auto-calibration feature, all you need to do is select the type of target you are using, ensure all four corners of the target are visible on the app, and then hit calibrate. The app will zoom into the ideal magnification to align the red outline with the target outline. If the auto-calibration doesn't zoom in enough/is too zoomed in, you can always use the magnification slide to calibrate the target manually.
- If you’re training indoors, turn off all tv’s in the room. TV glare on the target can confuse the technology and result in ghost shots.

Cancel Your PRO Account:
Here are the steps you can follow to cancel your subscription based on your device:
For Apple (iPhone/iPad) Users:
You can access your Settings.
Tap on your user profile to view options like Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases.
Select "Subscriptions."
Find and tap on "Strikeman."
You can follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
For Android Users:
Head over to the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile in the top right-hand corner.
Choose "Payments and Subscriptions."
Click on "Subscriptions."
Proceed with the steps to cancel your Strikeman Subscription.
We recommend that you contact your app store's customer support if you need anything else with this process.

Recover your App Account:
To help you recover your account, follow these steps:
Please update your Strikeman app to the latest version, which will give you the best experience.
After you recover your account, you will receive an email to change the password. (Please check spam, as it may go into that folder.) If you don't receive the email and use a work email to set up your account, your email may be blocked. If that is the case, you will need to make a new account. We suggest using the same email you use in the App Store (Gmail or Apple Domain). If you have a Pro System, you will need to cancel your current Pro Account. Please let us know if this is the case, and we can help you further.
On the main login screen, click on "Forgot Password." This action will guide you through obtaining a Password Reset Link. Once you've initiated the process, please check your email for the Password Reset Link. The instructions will help you reset your password and gain access to your account.
